Fried vermicelli: Soaking vermicelli in fresh water about 15-20 minutes for soft. Then take out from the water and let it dry. It can be fried with meat, crab, shrimp and the other spices according your taste.
Fresh vermicelli: Put vermicelli into boiling water, stir regularly, cook about 4-6 minutes then take out and cleaned by fresh water. Leaving it for 5 minutes, then it can be used as fresh vermicelli with soup, hot pot, rollen with rice paper.
