BICH-CHI - Tapioca Rice Sticks (Phnompenh)

Tapioca Rice Sticks are a kind of noodle food made by steaming rice milk. The name "Phnompenh" come from Cambodia. Like rice noodles, needs to be boiled before use. However, its taste is more chewy and soft than Pho. Many delicious dishes in Vietnam can be paired with tapioca starch, such as broth and toppings, or fried with meat, seafood and vegetables.

Place Phnompenh in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked rice noodles into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds. Drain rice noodles in a colander. Rice noodles are now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, beef, oriental soup dishes and cold salads
